  1. In your video, you did gyro chicken but I don’t see a recipe anywhere for that?
Did it not turn out as well as you had hoped?

    1. Hello thank you for keeping me on my toes:) I just added it to the sandwich page. It was the BEST meal we have had new in awhile. Enjoy

  2. Do you freeze all of your recipes? Which ones are better to freeze and which should be cooked that day?

    1. I don’t freeze everything. I only do some. I have froze pastas, but that only takes a few minutes to prepare so I might just freeze the ingredients and then thaw and add to the pasta. You can potentially freeze everything:)

    2. I saw your last video where you had done when you mentioned Pad Thai but I never did see you actually put it together I was wondering if there was actually a recipe for it thank you.

Could you please post your taco bake/casserole recipe? The one with chips/tortillas. It looked really really yummy, but now I can’t find it on your videos to write down the recipe and it is a bit different than the other recipes for this on youtube.

Hi Amy! I was looking for your Jambalaya recipe and am unable to find it. I thought it would be under kielbasa, but I didn’t see it anywhere under dinners. Would you possibly post it? It looks delicious!

      1. I don’t have it in a post just how I make it in the videos..it was a recipe from a friend..havent added it yet..

  4. Hi
Amy was looking for dinner idea’s for the month I’m a little behind getting mine done. I do have a question on your million dollar casserole is it adaptable for the crockpot?

  5. Hi Amy,

I recently stumbled across your videos on Facebook and am enjoying them very much.

For your million dollar casserole dish, what size pan/casserole dish do you use? And what temp should I set the oven for? Thank you!!!

  6. I love your videos. Thank you for sharing your life with us. I would love to see more Instant Pot recipes. I saw you using yours and I just had to have one so I bought one. Now I don’t know what to do with it. LOL

    1. I will have to do more videos with some recipes. You can pretty much adapt anything you would do in the slow cooker…it is just quicker:)

  7. in you video ‘Large family FREEZER COOKING with my GIRLS’ one of you girl is making some chicken with honey and seasam, but i can’t find the recipe..

Hi Amy, is breakfast saugage the same as our saugage meat in england as I want to try the breakfast burritos

    1. I don’t know:) You can use any meat that you enjoy putting in with your eggs:) that would work.

  9. I loved the idea of the breakfast mini wraps that you made with the egg and ham. How do your family heat them up in the morning? Do they put them in a press, oven or microwave?

Hey Amy! In your video you did a recipe for jambalaya (minus the shrimp) jambalaya if there is a recipe for that one for measurements as it sounds delicious

  10. Hey Amy,
You’ve mentioned lettuce wraps in your videos, but i cant seems to find the recipe. can you add it? thank you

  11. I love watching your videos and I have noticed on a few of them you mention that for lunches you do lentils sometimes. I’m new to cooking lentils and was wondering what your base recipe was for fixing them? If I have somehow over looked this recipe I am so sorry. Thank you!!

Hi Amy, watching your videos from Germany 🙂 I’d love to make your meatloaf with ranch powder but can’t find it anywhere in your recepies. Would it be possible to send it to me. Thank you so much.

    1. I don’t think I have a post for that one. All I did was use a package of ranch and 2 pounds of ground turkey and 2 eggs. Mix and shape and bake. makes the flavor tastes so much better! Have a wonderful day.

  13. Hi Amy, how do you cook your ground beef? Do you cook it in a pot with water, or oil? I saw on the YouTube videos that you cook a lot of meat at once in a big pot, but not sure how you keep it from burning without stirring it constantly?

What is that big jar of seasoning comprised of? Did you create it yourself or buy it in bulk somewhere?

  15. I was skipping across YouTube and saw one of your videos. I saw you cringing about cutting onions. I’m friends with some guys that work at a produce warehouse. Every day they toss out a couple hundred pounds of food. They give it to me for free. Nice for canning season, right? Most of it is ugly or getting really ripe. I’m not that awesome though. Even I can’t do 200lbs a day. I give a lot to the homeless or other poor people like me in the neighborhood. Erwin gave me onions last year on one trip. After I got done tossing the bad ones and peeling of some icky parts I was left with 30lbs out of 50lbs. I absolutely refuse to chop that many. Enter the food processor. I quartered those puppies and tossed them in. What’s left after I used a lot of them this year is in ziploc bags in the freezer. Make sure you portion them. They’ll be a solid brick with all the juice coming out. They work in anything that doesn’t really need onions with a firm shape: casseroles, stir fries, pot pies, etc.

Suggestion. Sam’s has bulk sales in there bakery. You can get your rolls frozen ready to bake for soo much cheaper. They also have a lot of other thing there as well..hope this helps

    1. I did see that before..wondered if they were good?? I will have to try them next month. THanks so much for the idea. Saving this.

    1. I dont have it on here:( my apologies it is a newer one that we have enjoyed making. BAsically cook breakfast sausage…onion, garlic, ginger, soy sauce and sesame seed oil . then add shredded cabbage and let simmer until soft:)

I’m looking foe your egg roll in a bowl recipe? Looked under dinner. Did I miss it? I’m always eager to try new recipes. This soinds yummy. Help please.

    1. I don’t have a blog post for it…I am sorry…super easy…one pound breakfast sausage and onion saute in pan. add soy sauce, ginger, and sesame seed oil and a bag of coleslaw and let steam..so good

    1. I don’t have a blog post…mix 2 cups whipped topping and one big container of yogurt together..sprinkle with granola

  18. Do you have any recipes where you use pre-made pie dough? Or do you know if you could use pre made pie dough to maybe make a breakfast pocket or dinner pocket or something like that? I can’t seem to find any. Thank you for your help! By the by, I love your channel, recipes, videos! All of it!

    1. I don’t have any on here but I did make some Pasties would be a google term. I made some with potatoes, onion, beef and cream of mushroom sauce. Chicken, bacon, cheese, and ranch like a hot pocket and we did pizza ones with pizza sauce, bacon and cheese. You could surely do eggs too…great idea.. just make it thicker and place inside and bake until done. I then froze mine.

  19. Hi Amy, hello from Australia! I just watched a recent video and you cooked frozen chicken breasts in your Instant Pot. How long do you cook them for? Chicken breast can be tricky as it can get tough quite easily but yours looked very tender when you chopped them up. Thank you very much for your wonderful videos. I enjoy watching them very much. Kim x

    1. I did it on a high pressure setting…45 minutes is what I believe the setting goes to…and then I opened it and checked it…since I have a ton of chicken in there…I did it again…just make sure that there is plenty of liquid and flavorings in there and it will be perfect!

  20. Just recently found your site through YouTube and I’m hooked! Watched your giant food prep videos and I’m loving this idea! I know at the end of the video you mentioned that you cook every night of the week and that’s where we would find out how long to cook things for and what… But I can’t seem to find any corresponding videos for any of the recipes. Am I just lucky and I got here at the beginning? Or am I missing some thing? Love love love your videos! Can’t wait to watch more!!

    1. So nice to meet you. I film everyday…so I don’t necessarily call a video “Chicken Pot Pie” ..I just usually show what I make in each video. I am going to update and post newer recipes on here too. Let me know if you have any more questions. Have a wonderful weekend.

      1. I’ve been trucking along with the videos. I really love motivational Monday! Gets me up and moving! So far we really love the meals, only a few that haven’t been favorites… (the kids were confused by the cheeseburger pie 🤷🏻‍♀️) we love trying new things and can’t wait for more! Hope your having a great week!!

          1. Oh! Husband and I liked it, my littles are 4 & 8 and are trying new things with these meals. So far the LOVE the tater tot casserole and all the chicken meals. Every time it’s a new surprise! We are so appreciative of you sharing your recipes with us! 🥰 I’ll get the hang of the pressure cooker one way or another. I think for now I’ll just pan fry everything… gotta make it work! Again we are so happy for what you’ve shared with us, it’s become a part of our morning routine to check in and can’t wait to watch more! Your awesome!!

  21. When you put your freezer meals in an instant pot, how long do you cook it for and at what setting? I’m trying to make the Indian chicken and am very lost

    1. Is it raw?? You can do a slow cook setting ….or a bake setting..depends upon how you want to cook it

      1. It was from the freezer meals video, so it was frozen. Only thawed enough to put into the pressure cooker, and I thought you had said one hour but my friend (who has had her pressure cooker longer) said that was way too long. So I cooked it in a pan and it came out very sweet and a bit of a weird texture… Man oh man I’m messing this dish up I think! Oh well! Might just pull out a meatballs meal that I know we like as a back up! 😁 I appreciate your responses! 💜

    1. wait for the page to load for a second and then click..I just reset it, sometimes it gets stubborn:)
