Asian lettuce wraps

IMG_20150221_142954In a large skillet combine the following:

  • 1 # ground chicken
  • 1 can water chestnuts, diced
  • 3 green onions sliced
  • 1/2 onion diced
  • 2 T garlic
  • 2 T soy sauce
  • 1/2 c hoison sauce
  • 2 t ginger
  • 2 T rice wine vinegar
  • 4 t sesame oil
  • 1 c shredded carrot
  • 1 c shredded cabbage

cook until tender.  Add 2 cups cooked rice.

Serve on lettuce leaves with sweet chili sauce.

    1. It isn’t I am sorry…I need to do a recipe post for them..I cook breakfast sausage add onions, garlic, and soy sauce, sesame seed oil and ginger and then saute and then add shredded cabbage and let it simmer
