homemade taco seasoning

I multiply this times 8 to fit into an old Parmesan cheese container.

1 T chili powder

1/4 teaspoon garlic granules or powder

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1/4 teaspoon oregano

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1 1/2 teaspoons cumin

1 teaspoon sea salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

Mix together and if too spicy, cut back on the cayenne pepper.  Use 2 Tablespoons to flavor 1 pound of hamburger.

  2. I just found you online. I have watched a dozen of your videos and love love love them. I took ideas from your 3-20-19 video titled ‘My biggest large family once a month freezer meals video EVER”.
I have now made my menu for the month of May for my family of four and I am working on my grocery list right now.
I have a quick question, please. The seasoning you use in the Big clear container, you just call seasoning. What is in it? I found a recipe for Taco seasoning on your vlog. Is this the same?
I appreciate your reply. I know you are super busy.
