This recipe was one that we concocted not sure what to name it, but it tastes delicious.

You will need the following, depending upon your size family, I will give the estimates for one 9 x 13 baking pan size meal.  We double it for our family of 12.

  • 2 cans of crescent rolls
  • your choice of filling: we do chicken breast with bacon bits and provolone.  Or ham, salami, and swiss is our other favorite.
  • 4 beaten eggs.

It is very simple to make in a 9×13 baking dish, you unroll and roll out to fit the pan 1 can of crescent rolls.

Top with your choice of filling:  here we have chicken, provolone, and bacon bits.

Then roll out the other package of crescent rolls and lay on top of the sandwich.

Beat 4 eggs in a bowl and pour over top of your dish.010 Bake in 375 oven for 40 minutes until golden brown.2014-03-21_00001
