This recipe was one that we concocted not sure what to name it, but it tastes delicious.
You will need the following, depending upon your size family, I will give the estimates for one 9 x 13 baking pan size meal. We double it for our family of 12.
- 2 cans of crescent rolls
- your choice of filling: we do chicken breast with bacon bits and provolone. Or ham, salami, and swiss is our other favorite.
- 4 beaten eggs.
It is very simple to make in a 9×13 baking dish, you unroll and roll out to fit the pan 1 can of crescent rolls.
Top with your choice of filling: here we have chicken, provolone, and bacon bits.
Then roll out the other package of crescent rolls and lay on top of the sandwich.
Beat 4 eggs in a bowl and pour over top of your dish.
Bake in 375 oven for 40 minutes until golden brown.

Mmm..going to try this. I use crecent rolls..use them they way want you to make them BUT..before rolling them up I add stuff! Salami or ham with chedder cheese..roll and bake. I make sweet ones with different candy bars crunched up inside. Sometimes I add Hershey’s bar pieces with peanutbutter or marshmallows and bake them like that. I have done pizza ones too. Sooooo good! 😁
yummy
