I would like to pass it along to my working daughter. I remember my frustration with telling the kids over and over……they had frustration with me doing it too. I know it could help them. The youngest is a good reader . I liked your tips to simplify and get rid of what is causing you discomfort from a toxic person to that pile of papers in the basket, to saying no if you are just to busy. Thank you again.
