    1. In a freezer bag combine 6 half chicken breasts and the following ingredients:

      one can diced tomatoes
      3 T sugar
      one can coconut milk
      2 T minced garlic
      2 T curry powder
      salt and pepper to taste
Let cook in a crock pot until cooked thoroughly.
I don’t have a picture yet…so I will post it here. It is just for the chicken not a soup:)

  1. Could you please post your ham sandwich spread recipe? We are loving your , blog, videos, and recipes ❤️❤️❤️

  2. hey Amy, i wanted to pass on a fyi i found a couple weeks [ you may know it already, as I’m always late to the party. lol] but after you boil your chicken and let it cool a bit you can use your hand mixer to shredd it!! i didnt beleive it but i tried and it worked. I have only tried it with 5 peices of chicken breast so i dont know how much you could do at a time but i thought you would like to know 🙂

Are all of the recipes on here freezer friendly as i am thinking of trying some but have no idea where to start

    1. Not all…Just start with some and then see how they do. I do youtube videos on once a month freezer cooking and share what I do freeze. I just put all of our families favorite recipes on here so that they will have record of them.

  4. I’ve been watching your videos all week! I love them so much. As a working mom, I really appreciate the freezer meals. Watching you inspires me. I am blessed to work at a veteran’s organization, so we regularly receive donations of expired bread and such. After our patrons have taken all they want, I often bring home the leftovers. Waste not want not. I wanted to share a sandwich recipe with you that my family LOVES. I make a meat-based spaghetti/lasagna/stuffed shells filling. It’s just tomato sauce, Italian seasoning blend/pureed veggies (because they don’t see it and will eat it), and garlic cooked with ground beef and Italian sausage. It’s heavy on the meat. I don’t really measure anything. But once it’s all cooked and my lasagna has been made, my shells have been stuffed and my family is fairly tired of spaghetti, I take those long loves of French/Italian/whole grain bread and cut them lengthwise stuff them with the meat mixture and top with whatever grated or sliced cheese I have leftover. I wrap them in individual sheets of foil and freeze them. My family can grab one (or many) out of the freezer and pop them into the oven or toaster oven for 20 minutes or so. I always have salad stuff or pasta salad for them to have as a side dish.
