quick and easy healthy salads

Hey everyone, I hope your week is going well.  This Momma has been busy.  I have been doing videos over at Youtube because it is something that I can do along with my life each day but that in turn has led me to not be able to post as much over here.  I apologize for those that prefer the blog posts. I hope to do more soon.  For now what I am busy doing is curriculum for next year.  That puts me in a hermit mode where I can just sit and create for weeks at a time.

So if you are needing something for 9th grade, I will have something posted soon enough.  We finished up end of the year testing and now my goal is to get curriculum set for the fall so that I can RELAX for the summer.

Here is a video of some quick and easy salad lunches that I have been making lately.  Focusing my time on eating clean and healthy to shed some pounds:)

Hope you enjoy, be blessed!

  1. Yuuuuumm!! I’m still eating your Asian salad you shared ages ago, this looks great too. What all exactly was in it? Feta, spinach, kale, peppers, cucumbers, green onion, tomatoes and what was the bag stuff? The video was too quick to tell. Thanks again-looks great. And packing them up ahead of time-great idea! Even the majority of the kids will eat this-thanks! 🙂

    1. You have all of them correct! I did add some cranberries to the tops as well. At Sams they have this bag of Power veges or something it is shredded kale, cabbage, and a bunch of different veges. Over by the shredded lettuce section. It is very good and lasts a long time. Mine are going on two weeks and they are just starting to get “wet” on the bottoms, still good but I know I need to eat them up!
