For this recipe, we made this amount times four to get a nice large cookie sheet full of treats.
You will need the following:
- 1 c powdered sugar
- 1/2 c peanut butter
- 3 T butter
- melting chocolate
Mix the first three ingredients until smooth and creamy. Cover a cookie sheet with parchment paper or waxed paper. Roll the peanut butter mixture into small balls and put onto cookie sheet. Place tray in freezer until completely frozen. Melt dipping chocolate and dip the balls into the chocolate. Let harden in refrigerator or freezer.
We have since started putting 2 cups of M&Ms in the food processor until crumbly and adding it to the peanut butter mixture. Delicious!

What is melting chocolate?
Any tips on melting it?
Thanks
I am not sure on the exact name as I don’t have the package any more. It is the chocolate squares and you heat them up and they melt. Candy Quick is a name that I am thinking of. You can also use chocolate chips and melt in microwave or in a saucepan over low heat. Hope that helps.
put chocolate in a bowl, set the bowl into a kettle of water , but not covering the bowl, that way it won’t burn, it will melt but not cook
so much easier! Thank you
