These are very simple to make. Take a mini muffin tin, if you are afraid you are going to accidentally spill the cups on the way to the freezer……fill them with 3 oz bathroom plastic cups. Scoop some vanilla ice cream into each cup, about half full. I used a cookie scooper and that worked out well to do 2 scoops.
Pour orange soda over top until it reaches the top. Freeze until partially set, add a popsicle stick and then freeze solid. Store in plastic freezer bags.
This looks so good! We have made something called Pudding pops they are so good. Here is the recipe:
Ingredients
1 pkg. Jell-O chocolate-flavored instant pudding
2 cups cold milk
1 cup thawed Cool Whip whipped topping
Instructions
Beat pudding mix and milk in medium bowl with whisk for 2 minutes. Stir in Cool Whip.
Spoon into 6 paper or plastic cups. Insert wooden pop stick or plastic spoon in center of each cup.
Freeze 4 hours or until firm. Remove from cups before serving.
