hi amy
I think your site is terrific, I am a mum of 9 nearly 10 i live in Australia, I started going down the amish path but really hard in Aust. I consider myself coloured in amish ideals, from all the research and how it fits with my life, I am a born again christian, which is totally different to amish. I just want to say I think this is very good I am the only person I think in dubbo nsw that homeschool 7 kids and have 10 kids, and this is a big city,
Hi kelly, I think its terrific that you are taking a path opposite of “popular.” The key is to be where God has YOU in your own life. When we are obedient to Him and do as He says, he will make our paths straight. No matter what is going on around us. Amish people are great, but again they are people. People make mistakes, people follow traditions. We need to follow God. Keeping our focus on Him and not on the things of this world are key:) Be blessed!
