You will need:

  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • 1 T minced dried onion
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 T mustard
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano

Place in a blender and whiz for a few moments, let sit to allow flavors to blend.  Excellent.

  2. How long does this stay in the fridge for? I can’t get enough of your recipes! They are so easy and we can almost always use what’s on hand. Thanks!

    1. Amy, I don’t know?!?!? I am sorry, I would say at least a week or two. The vinegar will help it not spoil. It doesn’t go bad right away, we almost always use ours up within a week or so. I would suggest making less not more:) It takes only a second to whip some up if needed.

  3. I am taking your kitchen skills course and i was wondering if you had any salads that did not require lettuce. i dont have any and i am too young at the moment to go to the store and get some. i have celery, carrots, bell peppers, cucumber, apples, frozen peas, carrots, and green beans, but thats it, as far as veggies go. Do you have any ideasfor a salad i can make with thise ingredients?
    thank you!

    1. You can make a chopped salad. Cut everything up really small in dices and add your favorite dressing 🙂 I hope this helps!
