Take your avocado, peel and remove center nut. We use 4-6 for our recipes. Place all good “green” parts into your food processor. We basically use our hands and smoosh the avocado away from the inner nut.
Add a couple of squirts of lime juice, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, cumin, and cayenne pepper. Chop up 1 whole small onion, 1 large tomato and 2 cloves garlic.
Puree in your food processor until smooth. This is delicious when served with your Mexican feast.

I have made it with sweet chile sauce,avocado and lemon juice many times.
You can make it however you like the taste:)
I haven’t tried it yet, but a friend tells me I can rinse my avocado with some lemon or lime juice and freeze them. That would be a game changer for me as I love anything avocado. Have you heard this? Thank you so much for everything you bring to all of us!!!!! God bless you and your family…
