Take your avocado, peel and remove center nut. We use 4-6 for our recipes. Place all good “green” parts into your food processor. We basically use our hands and smoosh the avocado away from the inner nut.
Add a couple of squirts of lime juice, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, cumin, and cayenne pepper. Chop up 1 whole small onion, 1 large tomato and 2 cloves garlic.Puree in your food processor until smooth. This is delicious when served with your Mexican feast.
