  1. I am so bad about this! I often get so busy I don’t eat until dinner then I gorge myself all evening and never lose weight. I am late viewing this week but am definetly going to try and do this every morning. Great video!

    1. I am right there with you, after I did it, I had to stop myself and think, hmmmmm I need this challenge!! I get lapsed too. I have been “forcing” myself to eat a small bowl full of granola every morning. I don’t like breakfast and would skip it. But realizing my own words of how much better I feel when I do eat…..its hard, but we can stick with it and get over it and then it will become “normal.”
