hi. I clicked on the breakfast mcmuffin. And it’s basically the title w/ a picture. Do you lightly toast them. I saw you made a big batch in a video…I had assumed you were freezing them. I would like to know about toasting the bread.
As a rule I don’t comment when it comes to food items on Y.T.
But I am amazed at yours. Not because of the troop you feed, nor the time to prepare it, but you have the most amazing smile and its sincere too.
You have truly been Blessed for what you do. Thank you.
I can’t seem to find your recipe for the pumpkin oatmeal muffins. Is it somewhere else? Thank you for all the time you take here and on YouTube

Hi Amy, love your videos. I’m trying to find the directions for the bagel sandwiches, specifically how many eggs and how long you cook them for. I can’t seem to find it. Can you direct me please? Thanks!
It depends upon how many you make…I would say do 1 1/2 eggs per bagel….so figure out based on that amount.. then after you cook them in the oven….cut according to how many bagels you have and then it will be good:)
Hi there thank you so much for sharing your recipes with all of us! Was wondering if you could share the chocolate chickpea donuts… I think it’s with chickpeas now I’m second guessing myself haha. Anyone hopefully you know what I’m talking about. Take care!
Hi Amy, I just started to watch your videos. I am so amazed how you can handle that big cooking. I used to cook for 9 people, but that time we didn’t have freezer. So had to cook 3x a day 365 days a year. Now I am cooking only for two of us, but used a few your cooking and freezing tips . I love your yoghurt granola bars, but I don’t like granola so freezing only fruit and that yummy yogurt.
Hi Amy,
I happened on your blog while searching for this next school year curriculum. It inspired me to try out one month of freezing meals. Do you freeze your breakfast egg mcmuffins and your ham and cream cheese bagels, do you freeze all your breakfasts?
When I click on the chocolate granola, it takes me to “how to feed 50 people”.
thank you…wordpress is glitchy and things change?!?!?! I fixed it:)

Are the bananas necessary in the chocolate chip oat cups? I made the recipe and we loved everything except the banana flavor. Maybe applesauce?

Are your freezer meals listed here? I was trying to find some of your dinner freezer meals😁
I don’t have a freezer section…just my youtube videos:)
