In a large skillet combine the following:
- 1 # ground chicken
- 1 can water chestnuts, diced
- 3 green onions sliced
- 1/2 onion diced
- 2 T garlic
- 2 T soy sauce
- 1/2 c hoison sauce
- 2 t ginger
- 2 T rice wine vinegar
- 4 t sesame oil
- 1 c shredded carrot
- 1 c shredded cabbage
cook until tender. Add 2 cups cooked rice.
Serve on lettuce leaves with sweet chili sauce.
