I found you on YouTube quite accidentally a few weeks ago. I can only explain it by saying God wanted me to find you.
I have been on a long spiritual trek, and although I didn’t think I had turned my back on my Heavenly Father, I think I may down just that, at least to an extent. Finding your videos and blog were one of several God Moments that happened to me in the last few weeks, which brought me back to a place of daily communication with the Lord. It would take too long to explain, but it all culminated in my own personal longing for closeness with Him again, and one of my sons truly needing me. I found myself at a loss and calling out to God, as so many of us mothers do.
I love watching your videos and find your energy and honesty inspiring. And from a practical standpoint, I have picked up some very helpful tips for meal prepping and freezing. The difference being that my kids are leaving, so rather than freezing large numbers of meals ahead, I’m using my freezer to preserve food so that I can still shop for a family, and save money; I’m also doing some things ahead in small batches and freezing so that I have things essentially at the ready when our evening go a little sideways.
Thank you for the practical and spiritual inspiration. It’s a joy to watch and learn from you.
