I watch your videos every day and how you are with your children and I must tell you that you’re an inspiration to me as well as others. Thank goodness there are folks like you who are Christian and aren’t afraid to let people know! Your kids are well behaved and you can actually see the love they have towards each other. Hi Amy, I have a recipe to share. It’s called tortilla stack. It’s very much like a lasagna where you layer Micah mince grated cheese then a round tortilla and as many as your dish will hold. Last layer is mince with a cheese sauce, you could use your can of nacho cheese sauce and then top with red and green capsicum and spring onions and grated cheese. Cook in over on 180 degrees for 30 mins. Cut like a pie and serve with sour cream. Make your mince to your liking and quantity.
