Hey everyone, so I am NOT pregnant. But I HAVE been pregnant and carried full term ten different times in my life. I have had my share of morning sickness and it is NOT fun. In this video I am sharing my tips on how I coped with feeling poorly those first few months. I hope you enjoy! Be blessed!

Hi Amy, I am a homeschooling mom of 9 and just love the advice and tips. I was wondering about how you did the blanket/bench times with your children. Did you train your children at the same time or separately?
separate. If they were old enough to sit together then we did everyone together. The blanket time I started separately until the baby could sit for the 20-30 minutes. Then I would have them sit during that time too. It works and is amazing
This was great morning sickness advice! Thank you so much!! I have added a link to this video in my sidebar of morning sickness helps on my own site.
For me, I tend to deal with morning sickness that verges on hyperemesis, so I have to be very stringent (remembering medications, avoiding all carbs, etc.). However, your tips are awesome, and I’ve taken notes for next time! 🙂 I especially love your reassurance that this will pass and that it’s okay to calm it down with school and life and focus on resting. There is definitely a huge guilt factor there, and I love your words of wisdom there.
Thanks so much – I’m really enjoying all of your videos!!
