These are easy to make and you can grill them right next to your meat. **Some may not enjoy the “black” part but that is my favorite:)
I laid out a piece of tin foil, put a little bit of olive oil on the bottom, added my sliced potatoes and sprinkled on some salt and pepper.
I wrapped them up tight and put them on my grill along with the steak that we ate.
