Sweet and Sour Chicken

  • Chicken breast cut in chunks–saute and cook–either fry or leave without coating
  • saute carrot and green pepper
  • 1-20 oz can pineapple tidbits
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 T soy sauce
  • 2 tsp chicken bouillon
  • salt, ginger, garlic
  • Thicken with 3 T cornstarch and 1/4 cup water
