Spaghetti casserole
1 lb hamburger
½ onion, chopped
1 tsp salt
dash of pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1-10 oz can tomato sauce
1 soup can of water
2 c mozzarella cheese shredded
1/2 lb spaghetti cooked and drained
Brown hamburger, add onion, seasonings, can of tomato sauce. Cook over medium heat 5 minutes. Mix in spaghetti. In a 9×13 casserole dish, layer half of the spaghetti mixture. Top with 1 can of cream of mushroom soup mix with 1 soup can of water. Sprinkle 1/2 the cheese on. Top with remaining spaghetti. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake 350 until bubbly hot, 20 minutes.
