I make this as part of our freezer meals.
Marinate your cut up chicken breasts in the following:
- 2/3 cup oil
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 2 T parsley
- 4 t chili powder
- 2 t garlic
- 2 t oregano and basil
- 1 t cumin
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 t pepper
After cooking or grilling the chicken, assemble your sandwiches.
Use tortillas, colby cheese slices, and bacon bits. Mix up equal amounts of ranch and salsa for sauce. You can add shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes as well. Yum
