- 1 (15 oz. can) pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp maple flavoring
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
combine pumpkin, sugar, syrup, eggs in mixing bowl and mix.
Add the rest of the dry ingredients and mixPour into a greased 9 x 13 baking pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or you can put in your refrigerator overnight to bake in the morning.
Serve with milk, a dollop of whipped cream, or maple syrup. Delicious served warm, or cold out of the refrigerator
