Pesto Tortellini Soup

  • 2 T butter saute onion and garlic
  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup Pesto
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 pkg tortellini pasta
  • 1 can white cannellini beans
  • mixed veggies or julienne carrots
  • serve with parmesan cheese
