Lemon glazed blueberry donuts

• 1/3 cup milk
• 1 egg
• 2 T oil
• 2 T lemon juice
• 1 tsp vanilla
• mix above and then separately
• 1 cup flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup blueberries
• bake 350 for 10 min

• Lemon Glaze
• 1 cup powdered sugar, 3 T lemon juice, 1 tsp lemon zest–add vanilla extract to cut lemon flavor
