Thank you so much for taking the time to put this curriculum together and allowing it to be used free of charge. I teach at a Homeschool Co-op in New Hampshire and am using your curriculum for our middle school cooking class. I searched for hours to find a curriculum to fit what I was looking for and was so excited that my search ended once I found yours. The students have gone from barely able to peel a potato to cooking fajitas for their family. One parent now allows their child to use the kitchen because they have confidence in their abilities. Another student decided to use water, instead of milk, with eggs and now likes scrambled eggs. These are just a few of the benefits your efforts have produced. – I am now preparing for the end of the year and would like to make copies of the final exam. When I clicked on your link, an error message came up from a website named HostGator. Do you know if this has happened before? If it has, is there a way to correct it? Will you please send me any information to help with this? Thank you very much.

I am wondering if you have any quizzes or downloads for Unit 16? All I see is the Final. Also, we are actually working through your actual book that we bought on Amazon for the course, so we print the quizzes and extras from here.
Also, we notice there is an extra chapter in the physical book. Sometimes we have had to cross off questions on quizzes because they were covered online but not in the book.
