healthy pumpkin ice cream

 

4 frozen bananas chopped

1 cup pumpkin puree

1 T pure maple syrup

1  T cocoa powder

Puree this is a blender, then pour into an 8×8 baking dish lined with parchment paper.  Freeze until solid.  Melt dark chocolate and pour over top of.  Slice and serve.  My children love this and it is good for them!
