Cook your rice and let it cool. It’s nicer to work with once it has been cooked and then cooled. If not, that is okay as well, it is just better when it is more firm.
In a skillet, cook your bacon pieces. Remove and leave a little bit of the bacon fat in the pan, crack some eggs in and fry them. I would use 1 cup rice to 2 eggs to 2 pieces of bacon. Scramble them up and cook until done. Then add your rice and mix well. Add soy sauce, chopped green onions to your mixture to taste. I also like to add sesame seed oil. Serve.
