These are a great spin on plain old boring tacos. A nice different flavor combination and something different to make. We all need variety in our dinners. Try this tonight, you won’t be disappointed.
You will need to cook the following in a small pot over medium heat:
- 1 pound ground beef, cooked
- 1 can pinto beans, drained
- 1 envelope taco seasoning
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- While that is heating you can make your flatbread shells. Take a can of jumbo biscuits and roll them out individually.
Place them on a griddle or frying pan and cook until lightly browned.
To serve– place a flatbread and then top with sour cream mixed with ranch seasoning, meat mixture, shredded cheese, lettuce, and salsa.
