I saw this being made on a Duggar episode and I thought it was the neatest way to make eggs. I do not like making them in a pan, some like the dippy kind, others like them cooked well done. This way I can take some out in the dippy stage and leave the others in till done.
Spray a muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray. Crack one egg in each hole.
Take a piece of bacon and wrap around the bottom of a muffin tin. We like to use turkey bacon.
Bake these at 350 or until done. Usually is about 30 minutes depending upon how you like your bacon and eggs cooked.
To serve just place an egg around a piece of bacon. A fun way to serve breakfast.
