Coconut curry chicken

Chicken curry

place in a gallon freezer bag the following:

4-6 pieces of chicken breast or drumsticks

  • one can of coconut milk
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 2 T minced garlic
  • 2 T minced onion
  • 2 T curry powder

mix and then place in freezer.  Bake in 350 oven for 40 minutes until chicken is cooked thoroughly.
