Chocolate pudding pie
For this pie you will need to bake your pie crust beforehand. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes until slightly browned. Make sure you preheat the oven first. If you put your crust to the oven before it is preheated, it may shrink down into your pan. To prevent the crust from bubbling up, poke a few times with a fork before baking. Let the crust cool completely before filling.
2 pkg (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding
3 c cold milk
1 -8oz pkg whipped topping
Whisk the pudding and the milk until thoroughly combined. Pour immediately into pie crust. Chill. Before serving, spread on whipped topping.
