Package of mini twix bars.
Glue on with melting chocolate 4 chocolate chips for feet.
Roll out dog tails from tootsie rolls. Attach with melting chocolate.
Take hershey kisses and glue on candy eyeballs.
Make some dog ears out of tootsie rolls. Glue them into place.
Attach a chocolate chip to the back of the head. Flat side to flat side.
Make a small pierced hole into the chocolate bar and stick the head into the hole. Use melting chocolate to cement it in.
Glue some party hats together out of scrapbook paper and attach a pom.
Store them in the freezer, if you live where it is warm:)
