- 1 cup garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or soy)
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sugar–mix all the above in blender then add the following separately:
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips melted
- 1 cup flour
- Pam Spray to spray the mold
Glaze –
- 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted (we used coconut oil)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 small pinch salt
- 2-3 tablspoon milk
- Food coloring and sprinkles (optional)
Bake 350 10 minutes
