Chocolate Bean Donuts

  • 1 cup garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or soy)
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar–mix all the above in blender then add the following separately:
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips melted
  • 1 cup flour
  • Pam Spray to spray the mold

Glaze –

  • 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted (we used coconut oil)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 small pinch salt
  • 2-3 tablspoon milk
  • Food coloring and sprinkles (optional)

Bake 350 10 minutes
