Freezer Meal Cookbook–FINALLY!!! Made Ahead, Shared with Love

Made Ahead, Shared with Love — My Freezer Meal Cookbook Is Here!

For years, I was known on YouTube for my freezer meal videos — the big cooking days, the stacks of labeled meals, and the rhythm of preparing for a busy week ahead. Those videos reached over 1.4 million views, and through them I shared what had worked for my large family at the time.

But life changes, and so do our seasons. My family size has shrunk, and I don’t need to cook in bulk like I once did — yet I know so many of you still do. That’s why I went back through all of my favorite freezer meal recipes, updated them, and gathered everything into one easy-to-use book:

Made Ahead, Shared with Love — A Freezer Meal Cookbook

This isn’t just a recipe collection — it’s a full plan. Inside, you’ll find:

Breakfast recipes to make 150–160 portions for around $1.25 per serving. That’s less than the price of two drive-through breakfasts!

Lunch recipes for 120 servings, averaging $1 per meal — perfect for quick grab-and-go days.

Dinner recipes for 50 dinners, serving 200–250 portions at just $1 per serving — enough for two months’ worth of family dinners!

What’s Inside

You’ll also find everything you need to make your freezer cooking days smooth and stress-free:

Freezer basics — what you need to know before you start

The best ways to wrap and store your meals so they stay fresh and delicious

Tips for reheating to keep that homemade taste and texture

A master grocery list to simplify your shopping

A one-day prep plan for busy cooks who want to get it done efficiently

A five-day plan for those who prefer to fill their freezer little by little

Whether you’re cooking for a big family, expecting a busy season, or simply want to stop worrying about “what’s for dinner,” this book is designed to help you get ahead and stay ahead.

These are real meals from real life — the same recipes that kept my family fed and happy through the busiest years, now all in one place for you.

Welcoming Fall at Home 🍂

Every year when the air turns crisp and the leaves begin to change, something inside of me slows down. I notice the way the sunlight softens in the evening, the way the breeze carries just a hint of cinnamon and wood smoke, and the way home suddenly feels like the best place to be.

That’s what inspired me to write The Cozy Seasons: Fall at Home. I wanted to capture that feeling of autumn — not just in décor or food, but in the way it draws us closer to God, to our families, and to the beauty of everyday moments.

Inside this book, you’ll find:

  • Simple, comforting recipes that fill your kitchen with warmth and bring everyone to the table.
  • Devotionals that remind you to pause and notice God’s presence in each season.
  • Short, inspiring stories that celebrate motherhood, homemaking, and the holiness of ordinary days.
  • Cozy, fun family activities to help you make memories that last long after the leaves have fallen.
  • Reflection questions to gently guide you into slowing down, being present, and finding joy in simplicity.

It’s not a “how-to” manual. It’s more like a cozy friend-to-friend conversation — full of encouragement, reminders of grace, and little ideas to make your home a haven this fall.

Imagine lighting a candle at the dinner table, simmering apple cider on the stove, or taking a walk to gather colorful leaves with your kids. Picture yourself curling up with a blanket, a cup of something warm, and a short devotional that centers your heart for the season ahead. That’s the kind of rhythm this book will help you lean into.

Fall doesn’t last forever, but the memories you make at home will stay with you and your family for years to come.

I’d love for you to welcome this season with me by enjoying The Cozy Seasons: Fall at Home.

✨ More Free Homeschooling Resources – Simple and Gentle Reading ✨

Most reading curriculums are aimed at young children, but what if your child never got the chance to learn? Or what if you waited to teach reading until later? That’s exactly what my Learn to Read series is for.

I took inspiration from the old McGuffey Readers, but when I used those with my children, I found they jumped too quickly into harder texts, and we couldn’t keep up. These books are different. They are simple, basic, and filled with repetition—because reading isn’t about rushing, it’s about consistency.

If you spend just 10–15 minutes a day working through these lessons, your child will get it. I promise. Step by step, day by day, progress happens.

You can purchase the books as physical copies if you like having them in hand, or you can download them for free—because most of my resources are always available to you, no matter what.

Homeschooling doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes the simplest tools are the ones that truly work.

Two New Bible Study Resources

I’m so excited to share with you two brand-new Bible study resources that I’ve been working on. These books were created with flexibility in mind—whether you’re teaching in a full classroom, leading a small group, working with your own children at home, or guiding students of multiple ages. My heart is to make studying God’s Word both meaningful and practical for every setting.

From Genesis to Revelation: A One-Year Walk Through the Bible

This book was designed to be used alongside The Bible Project videos. The videos are short but packed with detail—perfect for engaging students who might struggle to stay focused during longer Bible readings (especially our teens!).

The teacher’s guide gives you everything you need:

  • A clear introduction and instructions on what to say
  • Guided discussion questions
  • Key verses in NLT, KJV, and AMP
  • Ideas to help you engage your students in different ways
  • Fun facts and Bible trivia to keep learning interactive

The study can be structured however you need—one lesson with guided discussion on day one, followed by optional extra work for day two. You can complete the study in a single school year by moving steadily through the material, or stretch it out at a slower pace if that works better for your family or group.

Here is a sample so you can see how it works in action!

Godly Character Through Creation

The second book takes a slightly different approach, combining science, nature study, and scripture to teach godly character. Each month focuses on one character trait, which is then tied into animals, weather, and other parts of God’s creation. The goal is to help kids (and adults!) see how God’s Word and His world connect.

Each chapter includes:

  • A Bible-based character study
  • Nature and science connections
  • Scripture passages and discussion questions
  • Suggested activities like printing animal photos, exploring nature videos, and simple hands-on projects

This resource works beautifully in a homeschool setting, family devotions, or even as a supplement in a group.

And the best part? I’ve made Godly Character Through Creation available as a free download if you’d like to try it. You can also purchase a printed copy if you’d like to support the work I do in creating these resources.

These two studies are different in style but have the same heart behind them: helping families and groups grow closer to God through His Word in ways that are engaging, simple, and doable for real life.

If you’ve been looking for a way to make Bible study both deeper and more interactive, I’d love for you to check these out.

With love,
Amy

Introducing Godly Character Through Creation: A 12-Month Family Character Study–New Book

Godly Character Through Creation: A Year of Growing Together

As parents, one of our greatest callings is to help our children grow in character and faith. We teach them math and reading, but deep down we know—who they become matters even more than what they know. That’s exactly why I created Godly Character Through Creation.

This book is a 12-month journey through character traits, Bible stories, and the beauty of God’s creation. Each month focuses on a single character quality, like patience, humility, boldness, or joy. Alongside Scripture, we look at animals and nature as living illustrations of God’s truth—helping kids (and parents!) see His lessons all around them.

Perfect for Families of All Ages

One of the joys of this resource is that it’s designed for multi-age families. Whether you have little ones eager to do hands-on projects, middle schoolers ready for journaling, or teens who can dig into deeper Bible study, there’s something for everyone.

Families, co-ops, or even church small groups can all use this book together. It’s written for children roughly ages 5–18, with tiered activities and questions so no one feels left out.

What You’ll Find Inside

  • 12 character traits—one per month
  • Bible stories and devotionals connected to each trait
  • Nature and animal studies that bring lessons to life
  • Discussion questions, journaling prompts, and hands-on activities for different age levels
  • Memory verses to hide in your family’s heart each month

This is more than a curriculum—it’s an invitation to walk through the year with God’s Word in one hand and His creation in the other.
