- 1 cup butter
- 2 c brown sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 c light corn syrup
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 8 qts popped corn
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Over medium heat, combine butter, brown sugar, salt, and corn syrup. Boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat stir in baking soda. Pour over popped corn. Stir to coat well. Bake in a large roaster pan for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes. Spread on wax paper to dry.
