- 5 T butter or coconut oil
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 c flour
- 3/4 t baking powder
- 1/4 t baking soda
- 1/4 t salt
- 3/4 c yogurt–vanilla flavored or blueberry kefir
- 2 t lemon juice
- 1 c frozen blueberries
Mix the lemon juice and blueberries. Combine all of the wet ingredients and then the dry. Add the blueberries last. Bake 350 for 20 minutes
