- 2 cups drained black beans
- 4 tsp tomato paste
- 3 T water
- 2 tsp minced garlic cloves
- 2 tsp lime juice
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 green onions, chopped with scissors
- 2 T mild green chilies–from a can
Place all in a food processor and puree until smooth.
Serve with tortilla chips.
