
- 1 pound chicken soak in 1 cup milk and cover in flour–saute in vege oil in skillet.
- Mix the following:
- 1 T cornstarch
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 T soy sauce
- 1 T apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame seed oil
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
- sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve over rice
