Ok so these didn’t turn out so well when I made them…I made the caramel too thin, but they taste amazing…..so I will keep doing them.
On a cookie sheet bake the pecan at 350 for 10 minutes. Then you can stack three on a piece of parchment paper. Coat with melted caramel and then drizzle chocolate on top.
What I did, was to take a cake pan and cover the bottom with melted chocolate, top with pecans, drizzle the caramel and then cover with melted chocolate. Let harden and chop with a knife. Works a lot better:)
