Cook 2 boxes of penne pasta and drain.
Add the following into a casserole pan:
- 2 jars of alfredo sauce
- 2 cans black beans
- 2 cans corn
- 2 cups shredded chicken
- jar of salsa
Bake 350 for about 20 minutes.
We like to serve ours like this add top it with:
- lettuce
- salsa
- sour cream
- shredded cheese
