I know there was a buzz with the Duggars tater tot casserole for a few years. We made that and yes we liked it, not everyone but some did. It wasn’t enough to make it on a regular basis. So I came up with a Maryon tater tot casserole, this is something everyone will eat. Quick and easy for those busy days.
Cook 1 lb hamburger and add 2 cans of sloppy joe sauce. Heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
Place that in the bottom of 9 x 13 baking dish, top with tater tots and some slices of Velveeta cheese. Bake uncovered 400 for 30 minutes. Be careful that your cheese does not burn, you can turn down temperature if needed. We like our tater tots crispy so we make it hotter. Quick and easy dinner for those busy nights.
