Place in the bottom of a baking pan–cooked ground beef seasoned with pepper, salt, and beef bouillon. Add a can of cream of mushroom soup and mix well. Spread in pan and top with mixed veges. 
Spread mashed potatoes on top and bake in 350 oven for 30-40 minutes.
