sausage, potatoes, and green beans

This recipe is very versatile to make depending upon the number of people.

1 pkg Kielbasa or Smoke Sausage, cut into 2 inch chunks.

red potatoes–3 per person

can of green beans–you can use fresh green beans if you have them

Place in the crockpot and sprinkle with salt and pepper.  Add 1 cup of water.  Put on the lid and let cook on medium 3 hours or until potatoes are soft.
