I used to have these growing up from the Schwan man, who ever thought I would make them……
Scoop some vanilla ice cream into 3 oz bathroom plastic cups. Pour root beer soda over top and place in freezer to freeze until partially set. Add some popsicle sticks and return to freezer until frozen solid. Store in plastic bags.
