ranch cheese puckets

  • 1/2 loaf of bread dough—use part of your homemade dough
  • 2 T butter
  • 2 tsp ranch powder
  • 1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese

Flatten bread dough to 1/2 inch thickness.  Spread with 1 tsp melted butter.  Cut into 1/2 inch squares, a pizza cutter works great for this.  Mix the rest of the melted butter, seasoning, and cheese in a bowl.  Toss the bread dough pieces in mixture until evenly coated.  Put into a bread pan to let rise.  Let rise for 30 minutes.  Bake 350 for 20 minutes.  Remove from oven and turn onto a plate to serve.  It is best served when hot.
