homemade hot chocolate

Put the following into a large pot:

• 1 T cocoa
• 1/4 cup sugar
• dash of salt
• 1/2 c water

Bring to a boil and then add:

• 5 cups milk
• 1 tsp vanilla or maple flavoring

Heat and enjoy with some marshmallows or whipped topping.
