This unit you will be choosing to make a meal with chicken as its main part. Be sure to follow ALL of the safety precautions when preparing and handling the meat.

  • gather all ingredients to make sure you have them
  • begin with a clean workstation
  • wash your hands and pull your hair back, put on an apron to protect your clothing
